1. Service Overview
Answer Ninjas Voice AI offers a subscription-based service providing AI-powered voice solutions. Subscribers can choose from three plans: The Starter Ninja, The Pro Ninja, and The Black Belt Ninja, each with a one-time setup fee.
2. Setup Fee and Payment Plans
-Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee is required upon subscription, which will be charged at the beginning of the service (Month 1).
-Monthly Subscription: Following the setup fee, the monthly subscription fee will be charged on a recurring basis.
-Annual Subscription Option: Subscribers can opt for an annual payment plan, receiving a discount off the total subscription fee for the year.
3. Contract Terms
-Minimum Commitment: All subscriptions require a minimum 3-month commitment. Subscribers are obligated to pay for the full subscription amount for the first three months of the service.
-Post-3-Month Subscription: After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will automatically transition to a month-to-month basis unless you cancel according to the cancellation policy outlined below.
4. Cancellation Policy
-30-Day Notice: Subscribers may cancel their subscription after the initial 3-month commitment by providing a 30-day written notice. The cancellation notice must be submitted via email to Answer Ninjas Voice AI support.
-Non-Refundable: Cancellations will not entitle the subscriber to any refund for prior payments made. The subscriber is still required to pay for the full 30 days following the cancellation notice.
5. Discounts and Offers
-Annual Payment Discount: Subscribers who choose to pay for the service annually can save on the total subscription fee. This discount will be applied at checkout and reflected in the total upfront payment.
-No Refunds for Discounts: If you cancel before completing the full annual term, the discount will be forfeited, and the full monthly rate will apply for the months used.
6. Payment Terms
-Upfront Payment: Annual subscriptions require full payment upfront for the entire year. Monthly subscriptions will be billed monthly on the same day each month.
-Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, Answer Ninjas Voice AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service until payment is received.
7. Modifications to Terms
Answer Ninjas Voice AI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email, and subscribers will have the option to accept or decline the new terms before continuing with the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
